We do offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging, and for paying all shipping costs. As we sell consumable items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. You will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned products. We are not able to accept returns of any used items for safety reasons at this time. We will never charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We value your business and hope that you don’t need to return the product to us, but want you to feel comfortable knowing that you can if needed. We accept return requests within 14 days of the order being delivered.
